What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is the ability to be present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing. We all have mindfulness, but it becomes more available to us when we practice it daily. Research shows that depression, anxiety, and behavior issues can be tackled if mindful conversations happen between adults and children every day.
